Interesting if GF picks up all JT shares for the price of around 35 cents. They have paid and average of about 42 cents. That has cost them at a rough guess about $21m for 20% of an asset of so far about $2 billion and going higher by all accounts. That must get them a seat on the board if not a couple. While this does not constitute a controlling interest then it is certainly heading that way.
This must be a fox in the hen house scenario.
Tomorrow will be interesting day. JT has left all us exposed and cost him big time should this not go his way.
