The big players are now in competition
for the 250/300 oz pa operations.

The amount of AU ever produced would fit
into a room 20m x 3; and the USA is reported
to have mortgaged most of its reserves.
New world deposits are mostly low grade.
Some need lots of electric power to produce.
Nasty term "electric power".

The USD $ is in a downward spiral, so a
bit of a rush to AU,Ag,Cu etc.

Biggest danger here is a t/o before the
300 oz pa target is underway.

Not another Lihir, but expanding production
steadily. Under the radar.

Strong management; lots of $ in the bank.
Might pay a dividend soon. No problems with
wierd plans of Aust Treasury and tax,
becos mining is o/s.

Looks like even present discoveries have 15 years.
