I read one with a 5c spec buy rating dated January this year. Small companies will have widely varying targets and ratings but late 2012 was a long time ago! The trial mine and much lower sp could easily change any concerns they had at that time. I would suggest you find yourself some more recent research rather than pay any attention to one that old.
