True enough re the underwriting, but why wouldn't they be sellers? It would make sense to push down the price even further in the short term, if your long-term objective is a controlling interest. There’s minimal buying interest out there at present and it wouldn’t take much to shake out a lot of shareholders who are fed up with seeing new lows every other day.
