TNG are also lining up the same loan for 2018
There project is based in the Northern Territory. They seem to be doing the same steps with SMS as ATC have. So makes me think a big company like SMS wouldn't be spending a lot of time and effort into projects outside of Germany knowing they need the ECA cover to go ahead.
Im trying to find a ASX listed company that has worked with SMS and got the approval outside of Germany. Best I could find.. still gives bit more hope
