I wouldn't be surprised if there could be the further requirement by IPEX to issue a convertible bond in the range of 20 to 30 mio usd. In there eyes that could be a reasonable buffer in the case the ramp up phase is going to hit by a declining HPA price.
Not the thing i would prefer but there is a high probability.
