GS should be taken with their opinions with a pinch of salt. They have putting a SELL for CBA for last 3 years and the price keeps moving up. When CBA was $80+ they opined it a sell and true value at $54 - a price it never touched. I have no faith in GS's opinions. As for the mines - the only one I have heard of is the one in Tanzania and that is not even Chinese owned - it's Australian operators. Even if there are mines in Africa to get the product to a port is no easy task, it's very expensive and dangerous.
