Yet another who has been fooled by BNR's borderline deceitful sampling where they send off a complete spodumene or amblygonite sample, which contain maximum theoretical Li2O contents of 8% and 7.4% respectively, and surprise surprise, the assay comes back with a 7-8% Li2O result! Let's not forget the spodumene samples they sent off to the lab where they removed all of the quartz, feldspar and mica from the sample so they get the silly 7% Li2O numbers - which retail eats up everytime.
Oh boy, drilling permits again. BNR submitted their drilling plans to the DMIRS in December 2021. It seems that BNR management might not be up to scratch on today's requirements for submitting Programmes of Work to the DMIRS, but they generally need a few other things including environmental and heritage surveys. Oh whats that? BNR didn't complete any heritage or environmental surveys for the tenement they want to drill in? Well colour me shocked. And BNR haven't done any heritage (Indigenous) surveying of the area, so they are unsure if they can even disturb the land where the pegmatites are? And the tenement is incredibly dense in vegetation? And the tenement is in a region where there is potential for maleefowl distribution, which is a Vulnerable WA species that is thought to be going extinct? But that's okay, because they have them scheduled for early Spring, as per their RIU Sydney Conference. So they'll finally get a team out to survey the grounds in September, which means they might be able to re-submit their disturbance permits in October for approval - however the DMIRS have flagged longer wait-times with regards to applications due to the sheer number of applications this year. So best case scenario BNR might finally turn a drill rig in November/December.
Oh but don't worry about any of that, its all inconsequential stuff really because BNR slapped an outline of Mount Cattlin's deposit over the BNR tenements, and the shareholders ate that up!
12 months for a permit. Down 67% from ATH. And people were calling me a doomsayer for calling out $100M MC on rock chips was beyond ridiculous. What a disaster.
