that's right we don't know if goldmans were involved yet. but a fair chance though. i see them increasing their stake, kicking out the manager rubicon and replacing with maybe babcock or galilelo who might manage the trust rather than take a stake or buy its properties. this hopefully will make the banks much more comfortable with the trust. maybe then they can refinance their short term debt o.k. and on the road to recovery.
