Who knows? This looks like being highly paid lawyers at five paces for the next 10 years. More and more banks and hedge funds could (should) be drawn into this. The immediate assumption is that this should be very good for gold, once the panic money stops being pulled out and parked inn the US dollar. Amazing (once again) - the US financial system is under threat and where does the moeny run to - the US dollar.

I wonder how China will react - along with all the other buyers of these CDOs.
