    Why would a delay payment company have downrampers??

    Australias economy is sliding into the danger zone..... housing sales have gone to levels to that of 1992. And people have started to foreclose on their houses.

    Why is this relevant to APT, well national liquidity is so thin companies/businesses NEED to have a delayed payment system or we'd all be screwed.

    So of course APT would be successful.
