How on earth does the merchant fee affect those buying the product??? They pay no interest....... APT,Zip, or any other BNPL company could charge a 10% merchant fee and it would make no difference to the buyer as they dont pay anything extra for the product.
If you are seeing a dramatic drop in sales through APT then that is a concern but before I started making statements like that, perhaps you need to look at the customer base of those BNPL's you have on board and see which have the largest customer base to bring to you. I would be surprised if these same stats were being replicated across APT's merchants??
Maybe its your product?? Type, cost, etc.
