At this stage none of the current distractions should affect the growth trajectory of the business. Therefore, if numbers meet/beat expectations, this should once again be favoured more positively. Numbers matter. Customer numbers, TTV, merchant acquisition, & Gross & Net margin are the most important numbers at this stage . The current distractions increase the regulatory risk & reduce & increase the discount to price targets until they are resolved. Unfortunately for holders, it also gives good excuses to sell & sit on the sidelines for now. In my view, the regulatory risk won't affect customer numbers or business model, but simply may impose slightly increased costs. IF APT don't get the ASIC guy, because he has some sort of inside info on Z1P, I'd be very surprised. Bankers & lawyers change firms all the time, taking with them plenty of 'confidential' information & non-compete clauses, as well as sometimes extended gardening leave periods - which is what the guy is on now.
