Smedvig did not participate TLG's last institutional placement for $0.5/share (now $1.8/share) and got diluted (announcement 28/08/20)
It would appear Smedvig has reached its maximum allocation on each investment which can't park in more funds in each of the placement.
If this is true then nothing wrong for both TLG and Smedvig's perspectives, it is just the long term investment strategy and profit taking in my opinion
I am more interested in whom is buying in with what bidding price
The Lithium/graphite sectors are currently on fire I won't be surprised if there are some big names and serious investors to bid.
Plus MT exercised the option with no single share is sold
Smedvig did not participate TLG's last institutional placement...
