    Well someone shorted it to over 2.5% in July 2021 after the raising at 30c and very profitably I should think.
    I have heard the argument you made often and presume it to be correct. With nuances, like the lender being an insto. like Blackrock on both sides of the trade i.e. internal divisions doing different things separated by Chinese walls.

    All IMVHO.
