This is because:
1. Covid made people rethink their life - overwork or enjoy getting old.
2. As a consequence our kids have moved out, most of our mortgages are partly or all paid off.
3. Many of our properties have increased in price immensly
4. We are down sizing our homes and cashing up.
5. Super for many of us has been a goldmine, yes, not all, I agree.

This is why Tourism is a problem all over the world. ALL OVER THE WORLD. Many of use dont want to die answering emails or doing 60 hrs per week.

I cant tell the future re WEB, but one thing, Travel is boooming.
