That is an excellent ad isn't it. It brings home the advantage of being the employer of choice.
We compete not merely from the quality of our in-ground assets but at a second level (perhaps premier level) for human capital.
Just imagine towards the top if you'd be mentored by PB at IGO or Ken Brinsden at PLS or Jake Klien at Evoloution. You wouldn't even have to be towards the top, if you were a smart young professional you would fit in any white in the ranks. I certainly tried to learn from my superiors and there was a lot to learn still is. The key is asking quality questions. No one from Chairman of the Board, down declines to help. It's partly why I post so much.
