Yes they did 1trader. And if you remember when they announced the agreement with CNOOC they told us that the discussions had been ongoing for quite some time. In my mind that puts to rest any argument that FAR did not have the ability to PE. All the talk on this board regurgitating Coleman's quote that FAR never could have been a buyer is just the same BS that Peter spewed out.
