Just get a feeling Senegal are suspicious that COP and WPL have tried to pull the wool over their eyes and that CNE were also complicit.
Given half a chance Senegal will kick the three of them into touch if PE judge the deal as self serving, depriving FAR of their rights and shafting the government and the Senegal people in the process.
The three of them will be watching arbitration very closely IMO as the truth is likely to emerge.
CNE already have an exit strategy in place to dodge the bullet and sell out to BP.
