Totally agree Goofy, just make the point China totally overplayed their control over pricing, then totally lost control of speculative production.
They are now well down the path to rebalancing, frankly some incredible language from the Dragon re "market control supply/demand", the reality will be interesting to observe.
And Lynas supportive, Baotou owes them one.
