Seems pretty undervalued at the moment, obviously not attracting corporate premium due to debt risk profile, but really pretty hard to imagine the co. would be allowed to keel over too badly, can always raise a bit of cap here and there.

Outlook for waste seems pretty good at the moment, and with guys like Leighton's giving pretty positive guidance, and projects starting to hum, solid waste division should be an understated beneficiary. Buffett and Gates also seem to like the long term outlook for trash. With population demographics higher than the rest of the developed world, Trans looks to be well placed.

Looking for positive report Wednesday, and positive re-rating in next few months. $1+ good base to launch from... IMHO...DYOR
