One place wow. Also once again where do you define south west sydney. I asked before and you didn't answer.
I'm talking Campbelltown to Casula area and everything sells unless the seller has unrealistic expectations first open house. The number of properties that I have followed that have gone to multiple open houses in the last few months would be less than 10 out of 1000+ places.
Units around Cabra/Canley Vale are a bit slower to turn over but most end up selling for the asking price plus some.
A deceased estate unit (2 bedroom we looked at in Cabra) which needed literally everything re-done (original kitchen, bathroom, laundry in unusable condition, lights didn't work, carpet had holes in it etc sold for over $400k.
