What sale list, virtually no fresh stock on the market in my area and everything that gets listed is sold after the first open house. Houses that previously would have spent 3+ months on the market due to being dumps are selling for record prices. Buyers still have very little room to negotiate.
Any new house & land packages or land off the plan is snapped up the first day it's available. Just remember all these 217,000 houses have already been sold. Population in Sydney is expected to grow around 400,000 over the next 5 years so it hardly points to a glut in supply.
