nice report on the "capital raising at a premium" but IMO not a balanced view and comes across as a sales pitch, where are the risks and downsides to the deal stated??? The deal does have obvious advantages but also comes with disadvantages that must be outlined in any professional balanced report... In addition, this analyst pre capital raising announcement made EPS predictions about FML have those predictions changed if FML stay on the current course??? Also, what effect will the capital injection and dilution have on EPS going forward????? If the analyst has answered some of my questions above in other reports can someone please post a link.
