This whole sep-taper/oct-taper business isn't good for the US economy, just look at US average interest rates gone up up up while QE stays the same. Public companies have huge cashpiles but don't want to hire people (the masses), they rather return the money to the shareholders (the rich few).
Feel sorry for the American people, they miss out on all the free money and if US defaults on government bonds they gotta pay.
