Thanks Abacoolloo for your comment regarding where the $10M comes out of, I agree the announcement is fairly ambiguous, if the $10M it comes out from GV side I have updated the worksheet here.
The chances of this funding happening is ZERO chance, if GV do due diligence properly!
This is Version 2 of the Worksheet, which takes the $10M in funding from GV profit leaving GV with only $2.7M which would be a concern for GV and highly unlikely to proceed with the funding arrangement:
