With this mob you always need to be thinking what is happening behind the glossy veil of spin.
The convenience of timing with two announcements and having Conversion Notes pre-sold (more than 50% of them) before they were even approved at the GM could indicate an existing "relationship" with "them"?
So what would have happen had they not been approved?
Maybe converted to "consulting" or "contractors" fees?
