    i say a homer simpson is in charge at global. just like when homer was in charge of the garbage. dosnt know what is happening or does he(in homer speak).

    global wouldnt screw there clients that would be unethical. lending out the stock then asking for it back on the back of refinery/off shore take up. no that wouldnt happen
