Lines like "A replacement of the original agreement is necessary for the continued cooperation under the original project"
sounds like GomSpace aren't happy.(Reasonably so)
But building another constellation for IoT and M2M seems really weird as that is what the Pearls are supposed to be for - if a 3rd party was involved they'd just go direct to GOMSpace.
Global constellation vs Equatorial - is this a lead in announcement to a change of launcher. ie some of the satellites will be piggy backed on a different launch which can only do polar orbit instead of equatorial?
