looking at the annual report, there is approximately $31 million in "commitments" due before 30/06/2019. I wonder how much of this $31mil has been paid since 1 July 2018, i would say probably no more than 5-10million at guess and by looking at the quarterly

On my calculations there will be 20-25million that will be payable over the next 6 months - at a bare minimum.

sas might have ability to delay and defer payments but that would be at the cost of delaying their launch. 

IMHO if they do not raise at least 30-50million in the short term, things may get rough
