If SAS starts launch in 2019 then they would need that amount each year from that year onward.

I think the main concern at the moment is getting the initial constellation up in the first place.

Once it comes time to start replacing them, 200 every 5 years is 40 per year.

If they push them to 7 years its less than 30.
