Blythefan, According to ASX releases and my DD:
the company won't require any more cash until it is cash flow positive. Also the plant processes are tried and tested the technical aspects are not a problem.
The company does, just like any other, have execution risk. The mangament is has pretty good experience is REE some having worked in the industry in China.
