"Well we were all hoping for a Chinese company or even Tullow was seen as the best case scenario as a partner...but surely Shell exceeds all expectations...these guys are massive and are the creme de la creme...these guys do not mess around and i would have thought this is absolutely the ultimate partner for this project...they have access to rigs and seismic vessels and have the power and funds to pull strings and throw their weight around...this is a phenomenal announcement and wildly exceeds my most optimistic hopes prior to thios announcement....
