The writing was on the wall with TAM a long, long time ago. From some of my posts going back to Nov 2006.
Unfortunately a few got caught up in this black hole of positive story telling by the directors. There should be an investigation concerning statements made by directors. The outcome of this process gives a nasty reputation on those juniors doing the right thing.
