Believe it or not... GMD have DCN's mill being a majority shareholder. DCN (really) have limited say if GMD wanted to put pay dirt through it.

not sure how you can say GMD will find it extremely difficult to raise the capital when they raised 90 odd million within a matter of days. Major shareholders are literally throwing cash at it. the whole point of the Leonora consolidation is that there's an adequate amount of processing but not enough dirt....
