The stink of it is...they are not prepared to take the whole thing over until they get more funds from shareholders.
Very sad state of affairs here...the company offered so much, but was effectiely kneecapped by corporate dealings...clearly designed to action a backdoor takeover.
Even the wording of all the recent announcements resemble that of typical takeover documentations.
