Jocam, the spec market is very short term focussed at present and it is not on PSA nor on the other China participants.

It will be interesting to see if this focus changes as the drill bit is about to enter the sea floor.

If PSA are involved in a China success, well that cashflow will mean that it has the muscle to develop the project all the way. I would not be surprised to see either ROC or PSA buy out the smaller players for cash if the drilling is successful - both companies certainly have the cash/cashflow to do so.
