At least they're getting out and about with their dogs. I live in the Bermuda triangle of dogs only they never go missing. Big dog next door likes having a bark when its owners got to work early in the morning, sometimes goes on for hours. Next door down has a yapper that sits up on the balcony to project its yaps out to the street. Prefers a few hours non stop in the morning ,retires at midday for a nap, before returning for a few more hours in the afternoon. Then a German shepherd across road will join in where it sees fit.
