Decades of sexist shows, such as Benny Hill, have died through disgust at the view of women in past times. Recently watching Monty Python I was disturbed by the sexism that was "acceptable" in the 60s.

I generally agree with your comments Scott, but banning shows like Little Britain or The Mighty Boosh is not 'social maturing', it is lunatic extremism. imaginary racists and carrying on like moral puritans, these lunatics are almost certainly driving many people towards the far right.
