could I just add a couple of pertinent points. I don't believe registration of domain names could be so bloody sloppy as to leave owners od previous company representatives on the original registration form. Imagine if when your child is born, someone left a name of someone you have never known on the birth registration form.
In the same mannor, how could a company registered in 2007 bear the name that were going to acquire this company in 2008 when no-one were supposedly aware this company existed until November 2008. I have read excuses from pengui and others mistakes on the transfer form happen. If this is the case, why isn't ASIC aware of this sloppyness. Don't tell me this behaviour is tollerated by ASIC. When Domain Name forms are applied for, they are required to be 100% accurate - otherwise they are left open to huge litigation processes,
