    Absolutely. The 'sloppy mistake' excuse is just ridiculous, particularly when referring to a company with trillion dollar resources! And it is indeed very relevant that it was registered by anyone, even PT, in 2007. Rincon was the largest asset of ADY then with no intention (supposedly) of separating it off.
    Anyway, it is being looked into now by some very interesting and interested people...
