This issue is just one of many that are currently being looked into. We will see what the results of the full investigation are without any more speculation on this site. It's clear that many ady shareholders want to see the disgraceful behaviour of the management exposed and righted and that there are those in these discussions whose purpose is to deflect and oppose such discussion.
It is a disgrace that current company laws allow such flagrant fraudulent behaviour and they need to change, hopefully ADY will be the turning point. These bastards have used us from day one and are still doing so; they have no intention of trying to run a successful mining company (he's an accountant!) they are now just refilling the piggy bank to ensure their own expenses for the next year or so are covered. Enough is enough.
