Hard to see a rival bid here as GEM have nearly 20%.
It is just the best way to exit now.
It wasn't GEM's fault the share price fell.
If you offer $1.10 per share then you can buy it for 70 cents surely that is just smart.
I have never owned GEM and have taken a beating on AFJ
