re: gone to 86 they are minnows compared to the big 2 but they are 4th biggest nonetheless. I don't know what holds price back my rationale is that sooner or later it will reach its fundamental value and it still has a way to go but we are certainly well on the way now. But technical people may of course disagree.
Seems that the market is always 6 months behind MGX as to where it is actually "at" maybe institutions are sceptical or too risk averse. For a long time it languished around 10-15 cents the market refused to believe they would ever produce. Maybe there is still scepticism? I dunno I would be interested what others think on this question you have posed.
