its simple. they have not had any equity for the last year. this has always been about the banks getting the greatest amount of their money back. the equity holder was never going to get anything unless you sold the stock while you had a chance. the shareholders are the last to get anything when the debt is secured by the assets. The reality is that the banks wont even get all their money back imo. sorry for the holders. dyor.
