Whilst announcement refers to VCR still being solvent, these type announcements normally have very poor outcomes for existing shareholders. Occassionally companies are restructured normally with massive dilution to existing shareholders. Most likely outcome is some company will buy the technology from the administrators & the company will then be liquidated. Whilst it sounds good that there were potentially 130 interested parties, just remember they are all looking for a bargain & have no interest in existing shareholders.
Unfortunately probably not a good outcome for existing shareholders.
