@fastbucks hypothetically, should pubs and HPI's tenants be forced to close for an extended period, what do you think the outcome will be on HPI?
My thoughts:
1) Best case, tenants may require rent abatement to some extent.
2) Worse case, tenants may go into administration. Impact on HPI?
