1. Who knows why it was delayed. Equipment supply delays? Ultimately every facility that the jv has done has been delaye and never commenced on the anticipated date. To me thats normal. Happens with every company I know.
2.Can;t comment. Haven;t heard anything about this.

4.The water cut did increase and VPE were not happy with that and so they as operator reduced flows to a level where they were happy with water cut. This was not ITC's policy but was obviously bound by the operator. This was reported to market.
VPE were always going to get Romas share after the tie up with QGC. Roma didn't bring anything to the table and really was a waste of space in the jv. Lucky for VPE they had the inside running. Bad luck ITC.
As people have said previous to me 247, you must be careful and have hard evidence to take some of your thoughts to ASIC.
I would be disappointed if ITC were taken for a ride in these instances and more disappointed that they didn;t do anything about it and thats why I don;t think that picture you paint existed to then help VPE in their quest for the acreage.
