Pat even you know that companies raise funds all the time.
Also they did state these funds prior to the rights issue would last 13 months prior to revenue coming in.
All above board pat,in fact the had more in reserve before this raising....to be applauded,means cocts were contained.
Also you fail to mention the investors approached VCR for their chance to invest in the company.
So your point is pat?
