The exam you provided deals with the lowest level of education and training - 'knowledge'. Beyond that you have skills, norms, valueing, reasoning, evaluations, ....
Knowledge is very important but it's also very different today and can be accessed and used in very different ways.
Just today I've heard reports of breakthroughs in the treatment of cancer; an area in which Australian researchers have played key roles and one possible sector in which there will be well paid jobs in the future.
Scientists don't just happen; people have to undergo highly demanding training that $Costs! Education on the cheap will result in cheap education.
Indeed; people who denigrate the work of educators and scientists and seek to deny them decent work[laces and facilities have a lot to answer for:
